Important Information

When accessing the booking form, you will see the option to attend in-person with or without dining. Dining tickets include lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, plus the conference dinner on Tuesday evening. ​

(For students/concessions) We are also able to offer a limited number of places at a concessionary rate, which are intended for students and others with limited access to funds. If you qualify, please contact kush.kale@sjc.ox.ac.uk for more information.​

(For invited speakers/chairs) Please book via the 'other' option (free) using the code sent to you.

​

The online option is for those who are unable to attend in person but would like to participate online.​

Note that meeting registration does not cover any accommodation. Please refer to the FAQs page for suggestions regarding accommodation.​

Finally, we plan to create a public list of names and affiliations of attendees. If you would prefer for your name not to be included, please indicate this on the booking form and also inform kush.kale@sjc.ox.ac.uk.​​​
